The process

What “handled” actually looks like.

Here’s the whole process, the whole first week, and everything that happens every month after — including the questions most companies hope you won’t ask.

Week one.

Day 1 — The call.

15 minutes. How the business runs, where customers come from, what you’re tired of. We’ll tell you on the spot if we’re not the right fit.

Day 1 — The paperwork.

One plain-English agreement, one secure card form. No deposit, no setup fee.

Day 2 — The content call.

20 minutes. You talk about your services the way you’d explain them to a customer; we record it and write everything from it. You will never face a blank page.

Days 3–6 — The build.

Design, writing, photos arranged, every technical detail. We check in once; otherwise your phone stays quiet.

Day 7 — Launch.

You review it live. Love it, and we flip it on. Don’t? We keep working until you’re proud of it — or you walk, owing nothing.

What we need from you.

About 30 minutes, total. The two calls above, your logo if you have one (fine if you don’t), and any photos you like of your work. That’s it — we chase down everything else, including your domain login if it’s lost somewhere. Especially if it’s lost somewhere.

Then, every month.

Your site stays fast, secure, backed up, and current. Send updates by email or text whenever — live within a business day. And on the 1st, a report in plain English: what happened, what we changed, what we’d suggest. Five sentences, no charts you’d need a class for.

The what-ifs.

What if I cancel? +

After the first 12 months, 30 days’ notice, done. Your domain and content go with you; we’ll even point your domain wherever you’re headed. Exit should be boring.

What if the site goes down? +

It almost never happens — that’s the job — but monitoring pings us within minutes, and fixing it is our problem at 2pm or 2am. You’ll usually hear it was down from us, past tense.

What if you’re unavailable? +

Every client site is documented, backed up daily, and recoverable by a vetted backup developer under a standing agreement. One person’s attention, without one person’s fragility.

What if I hate the design? +

Then we didn’t listen well enough, and we redo it — before launch, at no cost, as many rounds as it takes. You walking away un-proud is worse for us than the extra work.

Ready when you are.

A 15-minute call. No pitch — if we’re not a fit, we’ll say so first.
